Robert Torres

Robert Torres is a seasoned construction and transportation management professional with extensive experience in project delivery and client relations. Currently serving as the Denver Region Construction Group Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc., Robert oversees construction engineering, inspection, and support services since May 2017. Previously, as the Transportation Department Manager at Michael Baker International, Robert managed a team of 22 professionals in various engineering disciplines. Robert's career also includes a role as Manager of Projects at Jacobs Engineering Group, handling a diverse portfolio of transportation projects for significant clients. Earlier, Robert was the Region 2 Transportation Director at the Colorado Department of Transportation, leading a large team responsible for extensive state highway management and planning. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
