Victor Hernandezgaytan, D.Eng., MBA, EIT, currently serves as a Construction Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since July 2024, specializing in freight rail construction. Additionally, Victor is the Membership Chair for the American Society of Professional Estimators, contributing to local chapter growth and professional development in construction estimating. As an educator, Victor lectures at California State University, Long Beach, and California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, teaching advanced estimating, engineering economics, and construction safety courses. Prior roles include Area Manager at Universal Engineering Sciences and Civil Engineering Branch Manager at Intertek, with responsibilities extending to operational management and business development in engineering. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master's in Construction Engineering from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the University of Redlands, and a Doctorate in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
