Ellen Pool

Ellen Pool is an experienced education consultant at the Institute of Instructional Excellence since February 2017, focusing on professional development and coaching for schools. Additionally, Ellen has served as a realtor with David Griffin & Company since January 2014. Past roles include administrative coordinator for the Dallas Independent School District in 2016-2017 and first grade teacher at Stonewall Jackson Elementary from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included team leadership and student council sponsorship. Ellen also held the position of STEAM Coordinator, designing an instructional framework for STEAM implementation in elementary education. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University, obtained in 2009.
