Currently serving as the People Director at David Harber since January 2024, Emily previously held the position of HR Director and HR Manager at Haremi from January 2020 to January 2024. Prior to that, Emily was a People Partner and Head of Talent at Ascential from September 2008 to August 2019, where notable contributions included developing a comprehensive people agenda and a sales training plan aimed at enhancing performance. Emily's early career includes roles as Head of Resourcing and Recruitment and Resourcing Manager at Randstad between 2002 and 2008, supported by academic credentials from the University of Greenwich and Chantry High School in Worcestershire.
