Sandy Hoy

Sandy Hoy began their work experience in 1983 at Control Data as a Sr. Financial Analyst and remained in this role until 1991. Sandy then joined American Medical Systems as a Sr. Financial Analyst in 1991 and stayed until 1999. In 1999, they became the CFO at David Hoy & Associates and their employment there continues presently.

Sandy Hoy pursued their education beginning in 1977 at Winona State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management in 1982. Sandy later attended the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialized in Strategic Management.
