Simon Hartley is an experienced tennis coach and financial professional with a diverse career spanning various roles in coaching and customer service. Currently working as a Tennis Coach for Edinburgh Leisure, Simon delivers lessons across age groups, ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Simultaneously, Simon serves as a Tennis Professional at David Lloyd Leisure, coaching and officiating tennis across Scotland. Previous experience includes significant roles in complaints management and customer advocacy within reputable financial institutions such as Deloitte, Diligenta, the Financial Ombudsman Service, HSBC, and Prudential UK. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Strathclyde and several certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, along with a Level 2 tennis coach accreditation from the Lawn Tennis Association.
