Olga Diakova

Olga Diakova is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and non-profit initiatives. As a co-founder of Impact Force, Olga has been instrumental in promoting social behavior change and economic opportunities in Ukraine since August 2021. Olga is also a member of the How Women Lead community, which empowers executive women to enact meaningful change. Since October 2017, Olga has co-founded the Ukrainian chapter of the David Lynch Foundation, focusing on trauma recovery through Transcendental Meditation. Additionally, Olga co-founded Slow Food Ukraine in 2013, advocating for small-scale farmers and traditional cuisine. As managing partner of OII Meaningful Communication, Olga represents international organizations in Ukraine and beyond. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding the sustainable fashion label MOII. Olga holds a Master's degree in Cybernetics and has completed programs in sustainability and leadership.
