Paul Fortino

Paul Fortino is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning multiple roles since 1978. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at David Lyng Real Estate since December 2013 and as a Real Estate Broker at Living Room Realty since February 2019, Paul has also held dual roles as a Licensed Referral Agent for Santa Cruz County. Previous positions include Senior Facilities Analyst at UC Santa Cruz and Field Crew Leader at the City of Santa Cruz, where skills in project management, staff supervision, and landscape design were honed. Paul also brings substantial experience as a Business Owner at Peter-Paul Maintenance and as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker and Key Realty, where comprehensive knowledge of residential real estate sales was acquired. Educational credentials include two Associate of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management from Lansing Community College. Paul is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
