Derek Gallagher

Derek Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Derek began their career as the Country Manager for BMS Sales Recruitment Ltd in Ireland, where they successfully grew the business from 0 to 2 million Euro in five years. Derek was responsible for recruitment, branding, market strategy, P&L management, team building, business development, and account management. Afterward, they joined BMS Performance as the Regional Manager for Western Australia, where they managed and developed both the Western Australia and Queensland business units.
