Bayley McDaniel

Bayley McDaniel is an accomplished event producer and designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Event Producer at Shift + Alt Events since January 2024, Bayley leads high-touch event production and develops immersive experiences that merge aesthetics with brand storytelling. As the Founder and Principal Designer of Poesis & Praxis, a design research studio, Bayley empowers design teams through experience-based research methodologies. Additional roles include Contract Product Designer and Researcher at Schmidt Futures, Freelance Product Designer at Raid Guild, and Director of Design & Communications at David Schnur Associates. With previous experience in user experience design with Consciousness Hacking, product design at Leap Innovation Advisory, and a strong background in visual and service design at Sense.ly, along with early roles in marketing and sales support, Bayley has honed a multi-disciplinary approach to design and event production. Bayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Columbia University and an A.A. in Product Development from FIDM.
