Daphna Shapiro Goldberg

Daphna Shapiro Goldberg has a comprehensive work experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Daphna started their career in 1993 at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant in the Healthcare and Group Benefits Department. Their role involved project management, team leadership, and client relationship management. Daphna also developed intellectual capital, prepared and delivered presentations, and used technical skills such as actuarial valuations and modeling. During their time at Mercer, they gained expertise in health care plan design, pricing, implementation, and alternate funding approaches. Daphna also analyzed employee demographics, enrollment patterns, turnover rates, claims experience, and reserves. Daphna joined DavidShield in 2001 as the Chief Pricing Officer, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Daphna Shapiro Goldberg completed a Master's degree in Marine Ecology from Tel Aviv University in 2021. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. At University of Pennsylvania, they achieved Magna Cum Laude and earned a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy.
