Claudia Teran

Claudia Teran, CIA, CISA, serves as a Principal Consultant at Assurance and Advisory Services, LLC since 2023 and has been a Real Estate Professional at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty since 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Consulting Services at ERMProtect from July 2020 to April 2023, and Director of Internal Audit at HD Supply from 2011 to 2017, where leadership was provided to internal audit teams in complex environments. Claudia also worked at PwC from 1996 to 2011 as Director of Risk Assurance Services and Internal Audit, leading financial and technology audits for a diverse range of companies. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and two Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
