Mari Albuquerque

Mari Albuquerque is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as Creative Director at DAVID São Paulo since July 2024. With extensive experience in the advertising industry, Mari has previously held roles such as Creative Director at GUT, Group Creative Director at Media.Monks, and Senior Copywriter at Droga5 Dublin, among others. As a co-founder and scriptwriter at Coven Story Productions, Mari focuses on empowering women's narratives in video and audio formats. Additionally, Mari is dedicated to nurturing young creative talent as a Creativity Teacher at Miami Ad School. Notable accomplishments include recognition as the Next Creative Leader Latin America in 2020 by The One Club and the 3% Conference and multiple Cannes Lions awards for creative work. Educational qualifications include a degree in Advertising from Universidade de Brasília and ongoing studies in Communication and Media/Multimedia at EBAC.
