Jaime Schwartz's work experience includes being the Director of Research & Exhibitions at David Zwirner since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director of Research & Exhibitions at the same company starting in February 2013. Jaime was also a Co-Founder/Co-Director of Court Square, a project space supporting emerging artists, writers, and curators from 2011 to 2014. They worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University from May 2011 to April 2012, and as a Curatorial Assistant at the New York Photo Festival from February 2011 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, Jaime was the Director of Tina Kim Gallery from May 2005 to June 2010.
Jaime Schwartz attended the Noble and Greenough School from 1995 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Columbia University from 2001 to 2005, studying Art History and Spanish Language & Literature. Continuing their education at Columbia University, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Modern Art, Critical & Curatorial Studies from 2010 to 2012.
