Eli Gewirtz, Esq., AICP, is an experienced attorney specializing in land use and zoning matters in New York City. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP since July 2022, Eli Gewirtz assists clients with land use applications, zoning compliance, and property development analysis. Previous roles include Land Use Counsel at Northern Development Group LLC and Land Use Associate at ERIC PALATNIK, PC, where responsibilities involved filing for rezonings, special permits, and variances, along with researching complex zoning issues.
