Nicholas Terzulli Esq.

Nicholas Terzulli, Esq. currently serves as Counsel at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Cedar Communities, roles held since July 2021 and December 2020 respectively. Previously, Nicholas Terzulli worked as an Economic Development and Real Estate Attorney at Farrell Fritz, P.C. from March 2018 to December 2020 and as an Adjunct Instructor at Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business from January 2015 to December 2020, where a course on economic development in New York State was designed. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Nassau County Industrial Development Agency from July 2011 to February 2018 and holding various positions in communications and management roles. Nicholas Terzulli earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Public Communication from American University.
