Charles Lockyer

Charles Lockyer has extensive experience in finance, investment banking, and software development. Charles is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at David's Bridal, where they lead finance-related functions and collaborates with senior leaders on strategic decisions. Prior to this role, they co-founded POP Tracker, a software company focused on tracking media and retail promotional assets. Charles also worked as a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. Lockyer began their career at First Union National Bank as a Vice President in Investment Banking.

Charles Lockyer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Charles also completed their undergraduate education at Washington and Lee University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
