Before founding CPR, Charly was the Vice President of Public Relations at David's Bridal, where they developed and implemented PR strategies to transform the brand into a respected fashion brand with exclusive designer labels. Charly consistently doubled yearly media placements and utilized social media to expand reach.
Prior to David's Bridal, Charly worked as the Senior Vice President of Media at Lippe Taylor, where they created an internal Media Relations team and implemented media-driven programs and product launches aligned with client objectives.
Before Lippe Taylor, Charly served as the Vice President of Media Relations/Media Director at Magnet Communications/Kratz and Jensen, where they acted as a liaison with media, secured high-level placements, and provided staff training.
Earlier in their career, Charly worked as the Public Relations Director at Moody Communications, integrating PR and advertising strategies to support consistent brand messaging. Charly also served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director at Lola Restaurant and as an Account Executive at Kratz and Jensen PR agency.
During their early career, Charly co-owned Inc. Spot Design and Marketing, where they launched multiple restaurant concepts and successfully established Old Orleans Restaurants in the United Kingdom.
