Mike Troiano

Mike Troiano has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Mike started their career in 1998 as a Master Custom Installer and Designer at World Wide Stereo. Mike then worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Main Line Personal Health and Image from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they became a Fitness Program Manager at Town Sports International and later went on to establish their own business called Troiano Training in the same year. Mike co-owned Pinnacle Training from 2006 to 2010, where they oversaw daily operations and achieved significant growth and recognition. Mike then served as the Corporate Wellness/Fitness Director at David's Bridal and Keystone Industries. In 2010, they founded Lifestyle Performance Excel, where they developed the business model and strategy, formed partnerships, and designed large-scale facilities. Overall, Mike Troiano has a strong background in business development, operations, and fitness management.

Mike Troiano obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in the Science of Health and Business from Delaware County Community College. Mike has also received various certifications, including CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross, TRX Suspension Training from TRX Training, Elite Trainer I Certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Pennsylvania Advanced Motorcycle Safety Course from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Total Body Group Fitness Class Instruction from Town Sports International, Active Isolated Stretching Certification from Wharton Health, and Certified Personal Trainer Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).
