Ashley Neff

Ashley Neff has a diverse work experience in various fields and positions. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Research and Prospect Management at Davidson College since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at 2U from May 2019 to January 2021 as a Success Manager, Charlotte Market. In this role, they managed instructional staff, oversaw tech boot camps, achieved quarterly goals, mentored new managers, and collaborated with UNC Charlotte Continuing Education leadership.

Before joining 2U, Ashley worked extensively at Davidson College. From April 2014 to May 2019, they served as the Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement, and from March 2011 to March 2014, they worked as the Assistant Director of the Center for Career Development.
