Lauren Lausier

Lauren Lausier has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lauren is currently working at Davidson College as the Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and as the Office Manager of the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement at the same institution.

Before joining Davidson College, Lauren worked as a Preschool Teacher at Davidson College Presbyterian Church and Davidson United Methodist Church. Lauren also gained experience as an Inventory Planner at Ethan Allen Global, Inc.

Lauren has extensive experience in buying and planning roles in the retail industry. Lauren was an Associate Buyer at Bob's Stores, managing various categories including Exercise Machines, Weights, Weight Lifting Accessories, Fitness Accessories, Yoga, & Soccer. Lauren also served as a Product Development assistant at Ayablu Inc.-Burt's Bees Baby, where they played a role in color and graphic approval processes and fit meetings.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh as an Associate Buyer, managing assortment selection for Osh Kosh B’Gosh Factory Stores. Lauren also worked at Macy's in various roles, including District Planner, Buyer, Associate Buyer, Senior Assistant Buyer, and Merchant Trainee, where they gained experience in financial planning, assortment planning, negotiation, and sales analysis.

Lauren Lausier received a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington, from 1998 to 2002.
