Melissa Green is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing and enhancing hotel operations. Currently serving as Vice President & Area Managing Director of the Davenport Hotel Collection at Davidson Hospitality Group since March 2021, Melissa has previously held various leadership roles at White Lodging Services, including Dual General Manager and Director of Event Management, where notable achievements included significantly improving event satisfaction scores. Prior positions also include Director of Event Planning at Hanover Marriott, Senior Operations Manager of Food & Beverage at Memphis Marriott Downtown, and various management roles at Hanover Marriott. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
