Amer Syed

Amer Syed has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Amer started their career as a Real Estate Consultant at Allen Group Investment Properties in 2001. Amer then worked as a Sales Consultant at Ashton Woods Homes from 2005 to 2007, and later at David Powers Homes from 2007 to 2008. Amer joined Highland Homes as a Sales Counselor in 2008 and remained in that role until 2012. Amer then moved to Meritage Homes, where they held various roles including Houston Division Sales Manager and Director of Sales - Houston Division from 2012 to 2016. Amer joined Shea Homes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Toll Brothers for a brief period in 2019. Amer then served as Vice President of Sales at Century Communities, Inc. from 2019 to 2022 before transitioning to Beazer Homes in the same role from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Amer holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Davidson Homes since 2023.

Amer Syed completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Houston from the years 1995 to 1999. Amer pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Houston Christian University between 2000 and 2002.
