Norris Hodgin

Norris Hodgin is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition, residential investment, and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Land-DFW at Highland Homes, Norris oversees land acquisition and development initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Investment at Synergy Resolution Services, where strategic direction for multiple investment portfolios was provided, and Vice President/General Manager at Chatham Holdings Corp, leading the performance of large master-planned communities. Previous experience encompasses managerial positions at Mobil Land Development Corporation, where record sales and branding initiatives were implemented, and earlier roles at The David Bagwell Company and The Trammell Crow Company. Norris holds a Master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University.
