Lily Burkhart

Lily Burkhart has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Lily currently holds the position of Global Head of Employee Engagement and Experience at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for nearly 20 years, where they held several leadership roles including Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Management, Global Head of Executive Talent Management, and Learning and Development Program Lead within the Asset and Wealth Management division. Lily also worked as an Equities Global Program Manager at the Corporate Investment Bank. Before joining JPMorgan, Lily Burkhart worked as a Consultant at Accenture.

Lily Burkhart attended the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
