Monica Scrivner

Monica Scrivner has a strong background in finance and business process engineering. Monica began their career at Open Space Institute as an Accountant in 2005 before moving on to PwC as an Associate in 2006. Monica then held progressive roles at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C., ultimately becoming a Tax Manager, where they led a dedicated tax team and improved tax compliance processes. In 2014, they joined DW Partners, LP as the Director of Finance, overseeing tax compliance and accounting operations for a $6.5 billion portfolio lift-out. Currently, Monica is the Head of Business Process Engineering at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where they focus on optimizing business processes and leading key change initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
