Su Persaud is a seasoned payroll and benefits professional with extensive experience in managing and administering payroll and employee benefit programs. Currently serving as Global Payroll & Benefits Manager at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since June 2023, Su previously held roles at Tiger Global Management as International Payroll and Benefits and at VanEck as Payroll & Benefits Manager. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at Schroders, where management of various employee benefit programs was a key responsibility, and as Benefits Administrator at The Rockefeller Foundation, overseeing all aspects of benefit plans for approximately 200 employees globally.
