Yani Li

Yani Li has an extensive background in Pan-Asia real estate investment, with experience at Davidson Kempner Capital Management as a Vice President focusing on the capital stack. Prior to that, Yani worked at Warburg Pincus LLC as an Associate, specializing in private equity investment and portfolio management. Yani's analytical skills were honed during their time at Tishman Speyer as an Analyst, where they focused on real estate private equity investment in China. Yani holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Economics from Peking University, a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University, and participated in an Education Abroad Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
