Caitlyn Hawkins

Caitlyn Hawkins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and finance. As the CEO and Founder of Closings And Car Seats since September 2018, Caitlyn merges expertise in motherhood and real estate to enhance client experiences. Caitlyn has been a Realtor at Davidson Realty, Inc. since November 2011, offering comprehensive assistance to buyers and sellers. Previous roles include Membership & Communications Chair for the Jacksonville Golf & Country Club Women's Network and Realtor Builder Tradeshow Realtor Chair for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Early career experience includes positions at Merrill Lynch in retirement benefits and stock trading, as well as various customer service roles at Vicar's Landing and Wells Fargo. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investment Real Estate from the University of North Florida.
