Damon Lester

Damon Lester has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Damon started their career in 2005 as a UAW Employee Supervisor at Caravan Knight Industries, where they supervised 25 facility employees at Chrysler Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. Damon then worked as a Supervisor at Caravan Knight Facilities Management for a brief period. In 2005, they also worked as a Customer Liaison at Lear Corporation, where they were the first point of contact for all issues involving vehicle seating at GM Pontiac assembly center. Damon handled various issues related to production, quality, and delivery.

From 2010 to 2011, Damon worked as a General and Custom Computer Sales Associate at Microcenter Electronics, where they assisted customers in troubleshooting networking and computer issues and advised them in selecting components for computer builds.
