Kevin Johnson, PMP, ITILv3, has over 15 years of professional work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Kevin began their career at Health First Inc in 2004, where they served as a Network Engineer for five years. Kevin then joined Harris Corporation (HITS) in 2009, working as a Network Engineer, Supervisor and later as a Program Manager. In 2011, Johnson began working at Harris IT Services as a Network Planning Engineer. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager and eventually Project Manager within the N2ITSM program. From 2016 to 2017, Johnson worked as a JRDC/ICTP Project Manager at Insight Global, LLC. Following that, they joined Davidson Technologies Inc. as an IT Project Manager. In 2018, Johnson joined Rose International and took on the position of Project Manager, both at Rose International and Kaiser Permanente. Since 2019, they have been working at Engineering, Research and Consulting (ERC) as a Senior IT Project Manager. Throughout their career, Johnson has demonstrated expertise in project management and has obtained certifications in PMP and ITILv3.

Prior to that, they completed a MA in Computer Resource Management from Webster University in 1997-1999, and a B.A in Organization Management from Warner Southern College in 1996-1997. Additionally, Kevin earned an A.S in Meteorology Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 1991-1993. Furthermore, they hold a dual MBA and M.A degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from the University of Phoenix.
In terms of certifications, Kevin obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2013.
