Kyle Shuping

Kyle Shuping has a diverse background in law enforcement and information technology, currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff at Davie County Sheriff's Office since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions including Technical Director at Kelly Office Solutions since October 2018, Interim Police Chief at Cooleemee Police Department from March to December 2022, and a long tenure with the same department as Lieutenant and Interim Chief from February 2009 to January 2022. Additional experience includes managing IT services at TDArx, Inc. and TeleData Services, alongside a significant role as Detective/Sergeant at Davie County Sheriff's Office, focusing on technology crimes and the sex offender registry. Kyle began career as a Server Environment Specialist at Nortel Networks from March 1996 to June 2000. Additionally, education includes attendance at North Carolina State University from 1995 to 1997.
