Mandy Dhillon

Mandy Dhillon is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations/HR Business Partner at Davies since July 2020, Mandy previously held the position of Interim HR Services Manager at One Global, where responsibilities included establishing a new HR function and successfully implementing a global HRIS. Prior experience also includes six years as HR Manager at CIS Security Ltd, focusing on empowering managers and leading a team in recruitment and employee relations. Earlier, Mandy spent 15 years at the Financial Services Authority as an HR Generalist and Team Leader in HR transactions. Mandy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster, along with qualifications in counselling and immigration.
