Currently serving as Head of Sales and Product Development at Davin Foods since March 2016, Louis manages a team that caters to London's leading hospitality venues. Concurrently, Louis operates Ignis Catering as Director and Chef Owner, providing bespoke culinary services and expert guidance to clients. Previous roles include private chef for elite clientele at Maple House, Executive Chef at Louis Professional Chef Services, and founder of Pitta Pockets. Louis's culinary journey began with a solid educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham and an NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery from Westminster Kingsway College.
