David Theobald, MSN, RN, CSP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. David is the President & CEO of Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions, a company that specializes in filling gaps in care with temporary staff and providing permanent staffing solutions. David is also the President & CEO of Davin Healthcare Software Solutions, where they focus on creating cutting-edge software that streamlines the credentialing, staffing, and vendor management processes in the healthcare industry. Through their work, they have gained valuable insights into the challenges faced in credentialing and placing students participating in clinical programs.
David Theobald, MSN, RN, CSP has a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Empire State University, which they earned from 2011 to 2013. David then pursued a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Empire State University from 2013 to 2017. Currently, David is working towards a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Nursing Leadership at Baylor University, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024. In terms of additional certifications, David has obtained a certification in Group 1: Biomedical Research from the CITI Program in April 2023. David also holds the CSP certification from the American Staffing Association, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
