Jessica Mault has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Jessica began their career as an intern at Casey Strategic Relations in 2011. In 2013, they interned at the Schenectady County Conflict Defender Office. Also in 2013, they became a paralegal at Berger & Kernan, P.C., where they conducted legal research, assisted in client relations, and handled secretarial duties. From 2008 to 2014, Jessica worked at Red Robin, starting as a hostess and progressing to become a line cook and server. In 2015, they joined Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions as a credentialing specialist, responsible for ensuring proper credentials for nurses and maintaining subcontractor agreements. Jessica later advanced to the role of assistant account manager and then account manager before becoming the account manager lead in June 2018.

Jessica Mault attended SUNY Canton from 2016 to 2017, studying Legal Studies, General. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate in Applied Science degree in Paralegal at SUNY Schenectady County Community College from 2012 to 2013. Jessica also studied Political Science at Binghamton University from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their education, they obtained a certification as a Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in July 2015.
