Giulia Borelli

Giulia Borelli has extensive work experience in HR and organizational development. Giulia currently works at Davines as a Global Hair Care HR Business Partner, where they oversee HR processes and strategies. Prior to this role, Giulia worked as the Global Organization and People Development Manager at Davines.

Before joining Davines, Giulia worked at the European Medicines Agency as a Project Manager, where they designed change strategies and plans for Brexit preparedness. Giulia also provided coaching and support to senior management to preserve key capabilities and engagement.

Giulia's earlier work experience includes roles at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Giulia served as a Team Leader in the HR CoE, managing a multicultural team and providing innovative HR solutions. Giulia also worked as an HR CoE - Talent Management Specialist, engaging with senior management to understand business needs and leading change management projects. Additionally, Giulia contributed to a major HR transformation project and managed HR internal communication as an HR Transformation Programme Officer. Earlier in their career, they managed an HR IS transformation project and delivered strategic development needs' analysis and course design as an HR Management Specialist.

Giulia Borelli has a diverse educational background. Giulia pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi di Parma between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they went on to complete their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Diploma in International Relations and Globalisation from London Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Giulia has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2012, they earned the CIPD - Foundation Award in Learning and Development activities from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). In 2013, they obtained the Lominger - Leadership Architect 101 certification from Korn Ferry. Lastly, in 2016, they achieved the MBTI certification from OPP (a psychometric instrument publisher).
