Ilaria Molinari began their work experience in 2008 as an Internship Trainee at ACMI SpA. Ilaria worked there from October 2008 to December 2008. In 2010, they joined Davines as an International Customer Care Specialist and has been working there since November 2010.

Ilaria Molinari obtained their Laurea triennale degree in Lingue e letterature straniere from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in the years 2004-2008. Ilaria then pursued further education and earned a Laurea Specialistica degree in Lingue e comunicazione nell’impresa from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in the years 2008-2010.
