Laura Gilieri

Laura Gilieri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laura is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Davines, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Campari Group from 2016 to 2023, where they served as the HR Director for various functions and later as the Talent Development Director. Before that, Laura worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from 2009 to 2016, holding roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Development Manager, and Capability Development Manager. Laura also worked at Coca-Cola HBC Italia as the Managerial Training Manager from 2007 to 2009. Laura has experience as a Training Consultant at Fondazione ISTUD per la cultura di Impresa e di Gestione from 2001 to 2007. Laura started their career as the HR Responsible at Asylum srl from 1992 to 2001. Overall, Laura has a strong background in human resources and talent development, with experience in various industries.

Laura Gilieri began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences with a focus on sociological studies from Università di Pavia. Laura then went on to complete a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School. Following that, they pursued a PhD in Managerial Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. In 2005, Laura Gilieri also completed a Training Specialization program from Studio APS. Later, in 2016, they participated in the Certified Positive Psychology Coaching Program at the School of Coaching Mastery.
