Ian Gorman, CFA, is an accomplished analyst at Davis Advisors, specializing in long-only equity since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an MBA Summer Analyst at Davis Advisors in June 2022 and as Associate Director of Equity Research at Scotiabank, focusing on large-cap energy from April 2019 to May 2021. Ian also worked at Barclays Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President in equity research for the large-cap energy sector from July 2016 to March 2019. Ian holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where participation in the Value Investing Program occurred from 2021 to 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University, attended from 2012 to 2016. Early education includes a high school diploma from Montgomery High School in Skillman, New Jersey, earned in 2012.
