Nefily Ledezma

Nefily Ledezma is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in crisis intervention and family therapy. Currently serving as a Mental Health Officer on the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team at Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. since September 2021, Nefily performs crisis evaluations, creates safety plans, and delivers therapeutic interventions. Previous roles include Family Therapist at Salt Lake County, focusing on children and families in crisis, and Marriage and Family Therapist at The Counseling Center. Nefily also brings educational experience as a Special Education Teacher Assistant and English as a Second Language Tutor.
