Rachelle Blackham has extensive work experience in the field of public health. Rachelle is currently serving as the Deputy Health Officer and Senior Services Director at Davis County Government since 2022.

Before this role, Rachelle worked at the Davis County Health Department for several years. Rachelle held various positions including Deputy Health Officer/Senior Services Director, Environmental Health Director, Environmental Health Deputy Director, and Bureau Manager. Rachelle joined the department in 2008 and continued to contribute their expertise until their move to Davis County Government.
