Georgia Leonard

Georgia Leonard serves as the GIS Director and Project Manager at MGT (formerly Davis Demographics) since September 2019, overseeing projects related to student forecasting, boundary planning, spatial analysis, and GIS data management. Responsibilities include enhancing project workflows, client and staff training, and presenting reports at board meetings. Prior experience includes a role as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst, providing comprehensive student generation analytics for K-12 school districts, and as a Validation Engineer at TEKsystems, where telecom as-builts were validated using GIS software. From July 2006 to August 2018, Georgia held the position of GIS Technician at Hilliard Energy, where contributions included mapping and analysis for various energy projects. Georgia holds an MBA with a concentration in Location Analytics from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography with a minor in Urban Planning from Arizona State University.
