Cindy Markley

Cindy Markley has an extensive career in human resources and management, beginning as an Assistant Manager at Checkers Deli & Cafe from July 1986 to November 1988, where responsibilities included daily operations, customer service, and inventory management. From November 1988 to June 2001, Cindy served as a Senior Loan Counselor/Loan Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union, focusing on processing and analyzing loan requests. Cindy has been with Davis Health System since August 2001, currently holding the position of System Supervisor of Human Resources, where alignment of business objectives with employee needs is a key responsibility. Additionally, since August 2019, Cindy has worked at Davis and Elkins College as a Lead Employee Relations & Employment Specialist and an Adjunct Professor of Business. Cindy's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Salem International University (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the same institution (2013-2015).
