Alan Soelberg

Alan Soelberg has extensive experience in franchise and business law, commercial transactions, estate planning, trusts, trust and probate administration, and asset protection. Alan has held various roles such as Managing Partner and Partner at Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC, and previously worked as an Attorney at Soelberg Law Group, PLC. Alan also served as General Counsel at PB Swann Management, LLC, where Alan represented franchisees of Jamba Juice and Ace Hardware Cooperative. Alan began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Rowley Chapman Barney & Buntrock, Ltd. Alan obtained their JD from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
