Frank McKinnon

Frank McKinnon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development, business growth, and client success within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Partnerships (Digital) at Davis Pier Consulting since May 2025, Frank oversees the development of digital health and government partnerships. Previously, Frank held key positions such as Head of Enterprise - North America and Commercial Director at VALD, emphasizing business development for innovative human measurement solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Enterprise Solutions at Movella, VP of APAC at Kinduct Technologies, and Founder of Waymark Consulting, among others. Frank holds a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, an Applied Information Technology (AIT) degree from the Information Technology Institute, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
