Caitlin Wood is a Partner in the Capital Markets/Equity Derivatives Practice Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, having held this position since October 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from June 2019 to October 2021 and worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2014 to May 2019. Caitlin's legal career began with a Summer Law Clerk position at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 2013 and includes a Summer Honors Internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2012. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School (2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania (2009).
