Ted Lee

Ted Lee currently serves as an Associate Attorney in the Tax practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP since September 2021, where responsibilities include drafting contracts, analyzing complex tax issues, and leading client communications. Prior experience at Davis Polk includes a role as a Summer Associate Law Clerk in August 2020. Lee's background also encompasses a Graduate Student Research Fellow position at NYU Pollack Center for Law & Business, where legal research on securities litigation was conducted, alongside earlier roles in compliance and accounting at Scotiabank and TD. With a Doctor of Law from New York University School of Law and a Master's in Finance from the University of Rochester, complemented by a Bachelor's in Biology from Brown University, Lee possesses a diverse educational foundation. Notable entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Futrena Technology Inc., an e-commerce startup.
