Cathy Gustafson

Cathy Gustafson is a Quality Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance, manufacturing processes, and project leadership. Currently employed at Davis Tool, Inc. since January 2017, Cathy oversees the Receiving Inspection Department, leads Corrective Action teams, and conducts internal quality audits to AS9100 and NADCAP standards. Previous roles include Quality Engineer at Warn Industries, Manufacturing Engineer at NACCO Materials Handling Group, Laboratory Manager at Metallurgical Solutions, and Quality Manager at Ryerson Coil Processing, among others. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Wright State University and an Associate's degree in Math and Science from Pikes Peak State College. Expertise includes Lean principles, GD&T training, and the development and implementation of quality management systems.
