Mark J. Davis

Mark J. Davis has been a managing member at Davis Upton & Palumbo since 2002. Prior to that, they were a partner at Davis & Upton from 1995 to 2002 and an associate at Bruce & Upton from 1992 to 1995. Mark also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas A. Rymer at the Calvert County Circuit Court from 1991 to 1992. From 1984 to 1992, they worked as a project manager at the Baltimore Aircoil Company.

Mark J. Davis received their Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and their BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
